Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

If your children’s book arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your order and provide details of the issue. We may request evidence (such as photos) to help resolve the problem quickly.

For defective items, the product must be returned within 7 days, along with proof of postage.

For change-of-mind returns, you are welcome to return items provided they are in perfect, unused condition. Please note that in these cases, the customer is responsible for covering the return postage costs.
